The Valentine Ryabov Gallery is starting a cycle of demonstrations in the framework of “ON THE BACKGROUND OF THE GALLERY PROGECT” on June 11, 2009. The idea of the project is to demonstrate paintings of artists that belong to different artistic trends and genres without changing the main exposition of the gallery. Each cycle will consist of 15-25 paintings that will be situated on easels.
The first demonstration will present works of surrealist painters from the collection of the gallery. Stanislav Plutenko, Sergey Lositsky, Murat Misakov are well known painters among the masters of the genre, one of the most outstanding representatives of which was a Spanish artist Salvador Dali (1904-1989).
