The Valentine Ryabov Gallery will continue a cycle of demonstrations in the framework of the "On the Background of the Gallery Project" with an exhibition of paintings of the Soviet period. The idea of the project is to show the audience works of art of different artistic trends and genres without changing the main exposition of the gallery. The project is presented on easels with 15-20 paintings in a cycle. After the previous exhibition of surrealism painters, the second show will present artworks of the Soviet period artists from the collection of the gallery: Leo Burin, Leonid Vinogradov, Ram Yermolin, Boris Iordansky, Gennady Starovoytov and other noted masters of the genre. Later, in the framework of the project, we presume to show artworks of landscape painters, masters of portrait, marine painters. An exhibition of impressionists will be held separately.
